Each student must agree with the 423 Training U guidelines for each course.
Each student will use the curriculum that provides academic instruction. Additional Course materials may also be required and or recommended.
Course Fees: All paid courses require course fees to be paid online prior to course start dates. First-time registrants may be required to register to obtain login details. Course fees include online curriculum but not extra required resources. These can be purchased through our 423 Training U shop or other sources. Students will receive a list of required resources per course. It is the student’s responsibility to acquire and purchase these resources.
Refunds will be given within the 7 -day grace period for students withdrawing from a course and that has completed less than 10%. Non-refundable course fees are listed for each course.
Students must be enrolled for the full class term to be able to achieve their certificate of completion. Enrollment can be deferred for various approved reasons. Each student is required to fill out an application along with letters of recommendation for any certificate required courses. Upon completion of the course, a student certificate will be issued to the email provided.
Students are able to take multiple courses at a time. Some courses have a pre-requisite and must be completed prior to signing up for the next level.
All e-Learning materials and resources are copywritten and are strictly forbidden to be used for other purposes other than those that have received prior written permission.
We retain the right to amend these guidelines without notice
e-Learning course Preparation and Participation
The success of each course depends upon your preparation for and participation in each module session as well as any Virtual Meetings. More than two months’ delay in the completion of assignments may affect your collective outcome.
Each course may have a different format for the main curriculum. Lessons and lectures may be text-based, presentation slides, videos, audio, participant interaction, live class format, or any combination.
Virtual Zoom Meetings
Some courses provide Virtual Learning-interaction to network, to clarify assignments, share the excitement, enlightenment, and answer questions.
Please note the time zone differences for each participant.
If an individual is unable to make a scheduled meeting then they can request a recording of the session to listen to on their own timing. (note not all meetings are recorded)
Assignments are submitted to your Instructor/ Mentor using the 423 Training U online platform. There may be many students in your online class and in many cases, your course Instructor is teaching more than one course simultaneously. Please be sure to include an appropriate subject line with every message you send.
You are welcomed to create your own formatted header and footer for the assignments you submit. For all email submitted assignments, please:
- identify student full name and assignment title on every page For example, Home Design Course, page 1of 2 (Individuals name)
To send your completed assignment (or a question) to your Course Instructor:
- Be sure to save your completed assignment locally (on the hard drive of your computer) in a course folder. Just in case of online error.
- Fill in the subject line with your course code and the assignment #. If you are emailing to ask a question, include the course code and question in the subject line.
Final Assignments and Presentations
Each assignment is for the benefit of each student to reinforce the module lessons. Some assignments will be mandatory to acquire certification.
Added time is given for Final Assignments and Presentations but must be completed by assignment due date for Certificates.
Quizzes, Test, and Exams
Some courses will require a minimum passing grade before you can progress to the next lesson/ lecture.
These courses will clearly indicate this in the course overall outline.
Some courses will allow you to retake the test while others may require you to continue without a re-take.
We are excited that you have inquired about this course and look forward to the journey ahead. Please consider your involvement, as our courses will change your life forever.
